One of my favorite activities is scrolling through Anthropologie’s home section. There are plenty of pieces that are vastly overpriced, but their twee and quirky aesthetic really fits my overall vibe and has me adding too much to my cart every time. A girl can dream, right?
But today is a dream come true because Anthropologie is offering up to 25% off all of their home products.
Naturally, I have already shopped the sale and thought of hundreds of ways to redecorate my tiny apartment. Here are the 14 top items that you’re going to want to bring into your home before the sale ends.
1. Capri Blue Candles
Capri Blue’s Volcano scented candles are honestly the best-smelling candles you will ever come in contact with. Pretty much everyone—including dozens of reviewers who gave it 4- and 5-star ratings online—agrees that they’re incredible. Not only do they make your home smell like an Anthropologie store, but they are also chic and stylish and do wonders for home decor. Fill your home with bunch of large and mini-sized versions of this candle and the contrast (and smell) is incredible. These candles are already fantastic when they’re full-priced, but you don’t want to miss out on a chance to save.
If you don’t like burning candles, you can get the same classic scent in a reed diffuser, too.
2. Fireside Faux Fur Blanket
The weather might be getting warmer, but I still find myself cozying up with fuzzy blanket every single night. With more than 100 5-star reviews, this blanket is clearly a home decor and comfort win. It sold out over the holidays when it first arrived at Anthropologie, but it’s back again—and it’s 25% off. Faux fur blankets are not only cozy, but they look super chic draped on couches, beds, and chairs. The blanket is available in white, light grey, mint, and blush, and will immediately make your living room look more expensive.
3. Throw pillows
I have so many throw pillows, but I can’t seem to stop buying them. Nothing makes a couch more inviting than approximately 17 pillows placed upon it. Anthropologie has literally the most stylish throw pillows out there, and this assortment of cream-colored pillows is extra elegant. From pompoms to metallic patterns to cool textures, you can’t go wrong with any of these and your living room will thank you for the upgrade.
4. The Joanna Gaines collection at Anthropologie
For all the Fixer Upper fans out there, the Joanna Gaines collection at Anthropologie is a game changer. It’s filled with incredible throw pillows, rugs, wallpaper, and more that will give your home a fashionable farmhouse upgrade. If you didn’t already know, Joanna Gaines is a home decor icon. When I went to Magnolia Market in Waco, Texas, in hopes of seeing her (I didn’t, but I got to meet her mom!), I really understood her style and this collection definitely matches it.
5. Gleaming Primrose Mirror
This mirror has been featured all over Instagram—and for a good reason. It’s chic, stylish, and will make your small apartment look so much bigger. I could see this big mirror opening the space of a living room or the smaller one placed on top of a desk for a makeshift vanity. It’s pretty expensive normally, but with this sale you can finally afford to live out your influencer dreams.
6. Latte Bowls
Latte bowls are becoming quite trendy for their minimalist design and legitimate usefulness—unlike those trendy dinnerware items that hold like one almond. I actually have a set of these bowls and let me tell you they manage to make a mushy bowl of oatmeal actually look appetizing. They’re also a great size for cereal, ice cream, or a mix of assorted snacks. I love them, and your kitchen needs them.
7. Removable wallpaper
One of the hottest design trends right now is removable wallpaper. It’s perfect for sprucing up a space or for rentals where you aren’t allowed to paint. Just simply cover up that boring beige paint and you can remove it before you move out without causing any damage. Anthropologie has some incredible designs that I am obsessed with. Even just adding some wallpaper (like the palm pattern pictured above) to one wall will completely change the the room. And because it’s removable, you can switch it out in a few months for endless design options.
8. White-Dipped Ladder
While you cannot climb this ladder, it does serve very important design purposes. Decor ladders have been trendy for years, but they’re extra popular right now and this sale is the perfect time to get in on the trend. They not only look good on their own, but look even more fashionable with a scarf or blanket draped on the rungs. Hey, you can even hang your dirty clothes on it—just remove them later so you don’t totally ruin the aesthetic.
9. Penelope Pots
Now, I’m not saying you need a llama pot, but I’m not saying you don’t need a llama pot. It’s earthenware, super cute, and the perfect size to hold small plants, succulents, and herbs. If you have issues keeping your plants alive (*cough, cough*), then maybe you’ll have better luck with your green thumb if you know a llama or giraffe is counting on you. Or you can always put a fake plant in there. We won’t judge.
10. Tiled Margot Monogram Mug
There’s nothing I love more than a monogrammed mug to hold my earl gray lattes or morning coffee. This tiled style reminds me of the elite bathroom of my favorite restaurant in New York City in the best way. They look extremely posh and I want to fill my kitchen with them. Right now, you can save a whole $2 on these mugs so you might as well buy a whole set for you and your family.
11. Sweet Safari Trinket Dish
Giraffes make the best trinket holders. Not only do these little guys have a dish to put small jewelry in, but you can use its cute little neck to hold bracelets or hoop earrings. Need more convincing? My giraffe-obsessed coworker recently got this and says its both adorable and functional. And if giraffes aren’t for you the hippos are on sale too!
12. Velvet Elowen Chair
Velvet chairs are so freaking chic. Not only do they feel incredible when you touch them, but paired with stylish gold legs, these seats will bring elegance to every room. Get a few for your dining room and reenact a scene from the Titanic (before it sunk). Or just place one in your living room and watch you guests fight over it. Honestly, I’d just be happy staring at one all day. Right now, they’re $100 instead of $300, which is a sign I might need to get one or two in every color.
13. Cement Plant Stand
This might be the planter that stops me from killing all my plants. This cement planter is elevated and brings your greenery to the forefront of the space without any aggressively patterned pottery or massive containers. This planter is timeless and I wouldn’t want to drag it down with a dead plant (so I just might get a fake one). It also has a real West Elm vibe to it, but at a fraction of the cost—even more so with this sale.
14. Papetal Floral Serving Bowl
Okay, so this bowl might not be the most functional for eating, but boy will it look good on a dining table, filled with fruit. Personally, I wouldn’t want to potentially ruin it with rotting fruit or bread crumbs, but I would fill it with fake fruit or tchotchkes as an incredible centerpiece. Honestly, it just looks stunning on its own.
